项目必备：重置样式表

项目开始之前，总要做这么一步，你知道是为什么嘛？

声明冲突：同一个样式，多次应用到同一个元素

书写一些作者样式，覆盖浏览器的默认样式，作者样式的重要性，是要高于浏览器的默认样式。

为什么要覆盖浏览器默认样式？

不同的浏览器有不同的样式，是有差异的，如果要依赖默认浏览器默认样式，有可能会导致一个问题，你的网页在这个浏览器是一个效果，在另一个浏览器显示另一个效果，这肯定不是我们想要的！我们想要的效果是不同的浏览器显示同样的效果。

解决方案：

重置样式表，我们先写一写样式，覆盖掉浏览器默认样式，变成一个最原始的状态，之后我们再写样式，把我们的样式覆盖掉（PS：就是把我们的重置样式覆盖）
